The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are in euros and include VAT. A fee for the transport of goods is added to the price. The price of transport is displayed to the buyer when ordering.
Placing an order
The order can be placed as a registered user or guest. To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery. Order can be paid via a bank link, card or by bank transfer. Payment is made outside the Online Store and the seller does not have access to the customer's bank details.
The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the payment. The personal data necessary for making bank link payments is transmitted by the online store to Montonio Finance UAB, the authorized processor.
Once the order has been confirmed on the website, the user will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail (if no confirmation is received, check your spam folder). If the payment has been made via a bank link, you will immediately receive an automatic notification of the payment and an invoice. The registered user can view the content of the order and download the invoice when paying, logging in with his user and going to the Order History page.
If payment via bank link fails or you want to pay by bank transfer, you can pay for the order based on the order confirmation sent to the e-mail. The recipient of the payment is Pumpuli OÜ, account EE631010220048660010. Include either the order number or the recipient's name in the explanation. If you want a prepaid invoice before paying the invoice or if the order confirmation did not reach the mailbox for some reason, please write to email@example.com.

Order has to be paid in advance. For the delivery of the ordered goods, the postage according to the price list will be added to the price of the ordered goods.
If it is not possible to deliver the goods, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the amount paid shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of dispatch of the notice.
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer according to the price displayed for the shipping method.
We will usually ship the order within two working days, but not later than within five working days from the receipt of the payment to the account of Pumpuli OÜ. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. In case of delay, we will contact the customer. Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within two working days after they are sent out. Outside Estonia, the parcel usually arrives within 7 days after shipping.
The storage time of parcel machine parcels is 7 days. If the customer does not pick up the goods within the term prescribed by the postal company, the customer shall bear the resulting costs related to the return of the parcel. Returned orders will be re-posted if the customer pays additional postage. Otherwise, the order will be canceled and the customer will be refunded the amount less the return fees.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To use the 14-day right of return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging. If the product shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, a free-form withdrawal application must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is not the incorrectly shipped or defective product. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or prove that the goods have been handed over to the transport company.
Upon receipt of the goods, the online store will return the money paid by the customer to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application. The online store may refuse to make refunds if the item has not been returned or the buyer has not provided proof that he has returned the item.
If the buyer has chosen a delivery method different from the delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
