

Natural guar gum allows the production of gel-like products with natural components. In addition to the production of various gels, guar gum is used together with other emulsifiers as a co-emulsifier, stabilizer and thickener.
To make a gel, use 1-5 g of powder per 100 g of water. Mix the powder with room temperature water and let it swell for 15 minutes.
