Panthenol, or provitamin B5, is a deeply moisturizing active substance that improves the appearance of the skin, promotes cell renewal, reduces skin itching and relieves inflammation. In hair care products, panthenol gives hair a beautiful shine.
Description
How to use
The viscous liquid mixes with water and ethanol, it cannot be used in mixtures containing only oil. The recommended dosage of panthenol is up to 5% of the product weight. The substance is temperature sensitive and should be added to cosmetics in the cooling-down phase, below 40 degrees. Prolonged heating must be avoided.
