Description

When making cosmetics, we recommend using fragrance oil up to 1% of the product's weight. Fragrance oil is suitable for use in creams, lotions, liquid soaps, and shampoos. However, this fragrance oil is not suitable for use in lip products and eye area products. For facial products, it is advisable to keep the quantity of fragrance oil always below 0.5%. Add the fragrance oil to the product during the cool-down phase. Mix the scent into the product when it is approximately lukewarm. Ensure that the fragrance is properly mixed.

For soap bases, we recommend using up to 10g of fragrance oil per 1kg of soap base. Mix the fragrance into the melted soap base directly before pouring it into the mold.

In cold-process soap, we recommend using 30g of fragrance oil per 1kg of fats. For hot process soap making, use 15-20g of fragrance oil per 1kg of fats. Add the fragrance oil to the soap mixture as the final step before pouring it into the mold. This fragrance oil does not alter the color of the soap, but in cold-process soap making, it may accelerate the saponification process. If this is an issue, lower the soap mixture's temperature to around 30 degrees Celsius when blending and, if necessary, slightly increase the amount of water in the recipe. With the hot process method, there are no issues with accelerated saponification.

For candles made from NatureWax C3 soy wax, the maximum dosage of fragrance oil is 6%. Store scented candles in a sealed package.
