Glitter Mica Brass
Unit price: €82.00 / 100 g
Glitter mica gives products an impressive sparkle. It is similar to ultra-fine type glitter, but does not contain plastic. The main component of glitter mica is synthetic mica, also known as fluorphlogopite, which is obtained by heating minerals. Compared to natural mica, synthetic mica has larger particles and a more impressive sparkle. Natural mineral dyes are used for coloring.
As the raw material found in nature is used to manufacture glitter mica, it is not harmful to the environment.
The sparkle of glitter mica comes out best in transparent products, such as oils, gels, and transparent soap. It is also effective for surface decoration and leaves a beautiful sparkle on the skin.
Glitter mica is non-combustible, but when used in candles, it can clog the wick, so it is better suited for giving sparkle to aroma waxes, for example.
Solvent-resistant glitter mica is also suitable for use in nail polishes.
