One color tablet can dye 1–2 kg of candle wax. The sample shown is made from soy wax, with one tablet used per kilogram of wax. The dye also works well with paraffin and stearin candles, where the colors stay more vibrant than in soy wax. However, it’s not suitable for gel candles, as the gel will turn cloudy. Each tablet is made of inorganic pigments and wax, and is not intended for use in cosmetics or soap. To use, simply add the tablet to melted wax and stir until fully dissolved.
