To make:
When making soap with yogurt, it is important to keep the soap mixture as cool as possible. This ensures that the sugars in the yogurt do not turn brown as the temperature rises. If you want the soap to retain its light color, choose fragrance oil that does not discolor the soap.
1. Pour the yogurt into an ice cube and freeze.
2. Weigh the water into a container where you make a caustic soda solution. Measure the coconut oil and olive oil into a container in which they can be heated. Prepare aromatic oil and additives.
3. Pour the soapstone gradually into the water, stirring constantly with a spoon. NB! ALWAYS PUT SOAPSTONE INTO WATER; NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! Stir until the caustic soda granules are dissolved. Add frozen yogurt. Stir until the ice has melted.
4. Heat the fats on the stove or in the microwave until the coconut fat has melted. Cool the mixture to 30 degrees.
5. Slowly pour the soapstone-yogurt mixture into the fat. Mix until a mark remains on the surface of the mass.
6. Mix the aroma oil and muesli into the soap mass. Pour the mass into portion forms. Put the soap dish in the refrigerator (not in the freezer!) Or in a cool place for at least a couple of hours. If possible, leave the form uncovered. This way, the continuous saponification process does not overheat the soap mass.
7. If the soap is hard enough the next day, you can remove the soaps from the molds and leave them to ripen for 3-4 weeks.
