Preservative Sharomix 705
*suppresses the spread of bacteria, molds and yeasts
*extends the life of the product to 6-30 months
*intended for use in products containing water
*dosage 0.6-1.2%
*not tested on animals
The preservative consists of a mixture of dehydroacetic acid, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and benzyl alcohol. The preservative Sharomix 705 is a broad-spectrum preservative that is effective in inhibiting the spread of various microorganisms, bacteria, molds or yeasts. The preservative works at a limited pH (a suitable pH is lower than or equal to 5.5).
The preservative is suitable for use in creams, shampoos, conditioners, liquid soaps, and ointments that contain water. This preservative cannot be used in products containing only oil.

Benzoic Acid 5.4-6.6 %
Sorbic acid 3.6-4.4 %
