Exfoliating Foot Cream
For 200 g of cream, you will need:
10 g ocoa butter
10 g shea butter
30 g sweet almond oil
10 g Olivem 1000 emulsifier
150 g water
10 g ground pumice
20 drops of essential oil (e.g. lemongrass or peppermint)
1-2 g of preservative
How to make:
1. Weigh the emulsifier, oils, and fats into a heat-resistant container and heat in a water bath to a temperature of approx. 70 degrees.
2. In another container, heat the water to the same temperature. Water should be boiled or distilled.
3. Mix the oil mixture in a fine stream into the water, stirring constantly. Continue mixing with a hand mixer. As the mixture cools, continue mixing occasionally to prevent the water and oil from separating.
4. When the mixture's temperature is around 45 degrees, add essential oil and preservative.
5. When the cream has cooled and solidified, add the pumice stone powder and pour the cream into the jar.
Store in the refrigerator.
How to use
After taking a foot bath or shower, massage your feet with the cream until the cream is absorbed. Pumice grains can be wiped off with a damp towel or lukewarm water.
