Taimsete õlide kasutamine kosmeetikas
Taimsed õlid koosnevad erinevatest rasvhapetest. Teades taimsete õlide rasvhappelist koostist on tootesse lihtsam sobivat õli valida.
Linoolhape pehmendab nahka ja aitab vähendada ketendust.
Oleiinhape pehmendab nahka ja aitab nahal uueneda. Sobib hästi lõhenenud või päikesepõletusega nahale.
Palmitiinhape moodustab naha pinnale kaitsekihi.
Steariinhape aitab säilitada nahas olevat niiskust, tõstab naha elastsust ning aitab nahavigastustest kiiremini taastuda.
